Situated in busy King Street, Hibachi Japanese Grill is a relaxing haven away from the hustle and bustle, with 4 cosy and elegant Tatami rooms perfect for functions or business meetings. The word hibachi is a combination of the Japanese words Hi (fire) and bachi (bowl). Using charcoal as a burning source, the hibachi was generally found in the homes of nobility.
The counter bar seats give you an up-close experience, watching the chef at the Robata Yaki Grill. Known for fabulous Sushi and Sashimi as well as an interesting A' la Carte menu, there is also table cooking featuring Sukiyaki, Shabu-shabu and Yosenabe.
The menu is complimented by an extensive range of 50+ wines and an amazing collection of 40 types of Sake. The informative wait staff will advise you as to which Sake should be enjoyed warm, room temperature or cold.
