Situated in a part of the Melbourne suburbs not renowned for its serious restaurants, estivo is a delight. No longer the “new kid on the block”, with 5 years' trading under their belt, estivo has built a strong reputation and following. The modern dining room is light and airy with modern fixtures and fittings. Crisp white linen, timber floors and comfortable chairs create a warm and relaxing ambience, despite its busy main road location.
Owner - chef Adrian Terzon has crafted an exciting “Modern European” menu, taking inspiration for his dishes from Italy, France and Spain. The wine list is a good mix featuring mainly Australian wines, with more than 20 available by the glass. The wait staff are enthusiastic and well informed.
Upstairs there are two private dining rooms that can accommodate small functions, seating 22 and 32 respectively. These rooms are also used when the main dining room is full, which can be often at this popular restaurant, so it is advisable to book.
