Auge was established in November 2000, with the aim of serving great, innovative, Italian food and wine, in a calm, stylish setting.
Terry Soukoulis, joined the Auge team as Restaurant Manager and subsequently took over in 2001. Since then, Auge has grown into one of Adelaide's leading award winning restaurants. Recently winning the Restaurant and Catering SA "Awards of Excellence" - Best Italian SA and Restaurant of the Year SA 2009.
A glass mosaic pool separates the long bar area from the dining room's modern, yet warm atmosphere. Guests are welcome to enjoy a beverage at the bar before or after their meal.
The modern Italian cuisine, impeccable and honest service, coupled with the expertise of Sommelier David Scott, maintains Auge as one of Adelaide's finest dining venues and makes dinner at Auge a truly pleasurable experience.
